ATTENTION NYCHA PARKING PERMIT HOLDERS:

Attention Parking Permit Applicants:

There are US Postal delays regarding the parking applications that were mailed on March 15, 2022 for the renewal cycle.  For the applicants that have renewed on line, there is a supply chain delay in obtaining the permit paper stock from the suppliers to mail the permits. The permits will be mailed as soon as possible, once the permit paper stocks are received from the supplier.

Due to these contributing factors the 2022/2023 Renewal Cycle will be extended until May 31st, 2022.

The following developments will not be renewing for the upcoming 2022/2023 renewal cycle:

Manhattanville - Nonresidents

Penn - Wortman

Belmont - Sutter

Fiorentino Plaza

Harlem River II

Washington Lot 3
