ATTENTION PERMIT HOLDERS

We are pleased to announce that early renewal for 2021 permits has begun for permit holders with online accounts!  Log into your account now and purchase your permits today! For all other applicants, your applications will be mailed to you on March 15th, 2021.

All purchased permits for 2021/2022 cycle will be mailed out after March 15th, 2021.

Effective February 1st, 2021, all new applicants will receive 75% off current rate.  Permits are now pro-rated and valid from February 1st, 2021 to April 30th, 2021.

 

Effective 12/1/2020, we no longer manage the following locations in the Manhattan Borough:

335 East 111th St

344 East 28th St

Fort Washington

Public School 139

Wise Towers

If you purchased a permit in one of these locations, they will continue to be valid and you will be receiving more information from the new management company prior to 2021 renewal.
