ATTENTION NYCHA PARKING PERMIT HOLDERS:

We are pleased to announce the beginning of the renewal period for the 2020/2021 parking cycle (May 1, 2020 to April 30, 2021).

FOR PARKING CUSTOMERS WITH EXISTING ONLINE ACCOUNTS:

You can renew your permit immediately. Simply go to https://nycha.rmcpay.com, click “Log In,” and use your existing credentials to pull up your account. Once logged in, you will see your existing permit information and, to the right of that, a “Renew” button. Click “Renew,” provide appropriate documentation (valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and parking permit for persons with disabilities placard, if applicable), and submit.

FOR PARKING CUSTOMERS WHO DO NOT HAVE OR FORGOT LOGIN CREDENTIALS FOR THEIR ONLINE ACCOUNTS, BUT WOULD LIKE TO RENEW ONLINE:

In the next couple of weeks, a paper application and a unique renewal code will be mailed to you. The unique renewal code will allow you to create an online account linked to your existing permit so that you can renew online. If you do not want to wait for this code to be mailed, you may request it by emailing nychaparking@lazparking.com with your current permit number and license plate.

The following developments are not available for renewal:

  • Weeksville
  • Berry Street – South 9th Street
  • 572 Warren Street
